"Lovely little place. There are 2 places on the property so ask if you get a little lost. I ordered their homemade beef pie. The crust was so good, the filling let it down a little for me. My friend had a burger which she enjoyed. I would pop back in for a quaint brunch."

"We chose Gabriella’s Tea room to host my wife's baby shower, all I can say is what an awesome experience. As a husband planning a baby shower, I was alittle out of my depth, however Gabriella was so accommodating and helpful with the planning. They provided the set up and decor, and our guests let us know multiple times that the food was absolutely delicious. We chose the italian high tea option, and it was well worth it. Gabriella’s also provided us with a cake in theme which was light and fluffy and so tasty! The staff were attentive and kind. My wife and her guests thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon. "My recent visit to Gabriella's Tea Room at 43 7th Ave, Parktown North, Randburg, was fantastic! The overall experience was great, with a tranquil atmosphere and good service. The food was delicious, with options like their signature homemade chicken and mushroom pie or a range of high tea savories and sweets. The quality is excellent and the portions are generous, which made the meal very satisfying. My only minor complaint is that the prices are a bit on the high side. For example, the standard high tea menu is around R325 per person and the typical meal price range is between R200-R300. While the food and setting are lovely, the cost can add up, and some past reviews have also found the prices for certain items, like cocktails, to be a bit high. Despite the prices, the charming location and tasty food make it a worthwhile experience for a special occasion or a relaxing brunch. I would recommend checking it out, perhaps keeping the price point in mind when planning your visit"

"We had our second event ever at GTR this past Friday and what a special occasion it was. Again. The staff went above and beyond, the room we booked was decorated so beautifully and the food was amazing. It would be unkind to single out one specific dish but the fillet was probably the best of an amazing selection. It’s really a fabulous place."

"Perfect location to soak up some sun on a winters afternoon! We sampled their different freshly baked cakes and tarts and can recommend the Pecan Nut tart, Chocolate Mousse, Chocolate Meringue and Lemon Cheese cake! The Chocolate Meringue was well balanced and not too sweet. Their breakfast is absolutely scrumptious and a feast for the eyes. Definitely visiting you again"
